Catering is available Monday to Friday from 6am to 7pm with limited service on weekends.

Our catering team is here to help you in any way they can from your simplest questions to assistance in planning a more complicated function of any size or scale. Your comments are vital to our commitment of a great catering experience. Please let us know how we are doing and what we can do better. Your loyalty is our goal.

Policies & Procedures

Thank you for choosing Fresh Fork in London Ontario. In order to ensure a well-organized event, we ask that you follow these catering policies. Should you have any questions, please discuss these policies with our catering department prior to the event.

We hope you will find suitable and appropriate items in the menu. However, if you have any special requests for a food item not shown we will be pleased to customize your menu and provide you with a quote.

Ordering Lead Time
Please provide your final menu selections 48 hours prior to your event to ensure that we are able to fulfill your selections.

For larger events, your final numbers must be provided to us five (5) business days before your event. If we do not receive confirmation of guaranteed numbers, we will prepare and charge for the last contacted number quoted. The customer will be billed for the guaranteed number or number in attendance, whichever is greater.

We will make every effort to accommodate last minute requests but lead time is necessary to ensure that fresh ingredients and adequate staff are available. An event confirmation will be sent to you outlining details of the arrangements you made with us. Please review and call us immediately if there are any changes to be made.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept cost centres, speed codes, cheques, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex

We require a minimum order of $25.00 not including service fee and GST to deliver.

Additional charges may apply in the following situations:

• For functions where ceramic and/or glass is requested in place of single use disposable products.
• When staff are requested to remain on site during your event
• When linen is required in excess of that supplied for the presentation and service of the food.

Cancellations
We realize that emergency cancellations do occur and we will do our best to avoid any cancellation charges. For small events, if an order is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, we can usually avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the event start time will result in payment of items specially prepared or foods that cannot otherwise be utilized.

Set-Up
Orders are served with quality disposable ware. Our delivery personnel will set up your order with all utensils and condiments required for your service. It is the client's responsibility to provide access into the room/building (if required) and tables on which to place the food and beverage.
